Client Information
To help you get the best possible results from your lash extension service, please review and follow these important pre-appointment guidelines:
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes.
Remove all mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and under-eye products.
Avoid using oil-based cleansers or makeup removers 24 hours prior.
Residue can prevent the adhesive from bonding properly.
Avoid caffeine and stimulants.
Coffee, energy drinks, or other stimulants can make your eyes flutter, making the application more difficult.
Do not wear contact lenses.
Please wear glasses or bring a case to safely remove your contacts before the service.
Avoid using waterproof mascara or lash curlers
For at least 48 hours prior. These can leave behind oils or residue that affect lash retention.
Plan for comfort.
You’ll be lying down with your eyes closed for 1.5–2.5 hours.
Silence your phone and avoid scheduling tight appointments afterward so you can relax and enjoy your service.
Keep lashes completely dry. Avoid water, steam, sweat, saunas, and crying during this time — the adhesive needs to fully cure.
Do not touch, rub, or pull your lashes. This can cause premature shedding or damage to your natural lashes.
Avoid makeup and skincare around the eyes. No mascara, eyeliner, or creams on or near the lash line for at least 24 hours.
Clean your lashes daily with lash shampoo. Use a soft brush to remove oils, dirt, and makeup residue. Clean lashes last longer.
Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and separated.
Avoid oil-based products around the eyes — oils break down the adhesive.
Sleep on your back if possible.Sleeping on your side or stomach can cause lashes to twist or shed early.
Do not use eyelash curlers or mascara (especially waterproof mascara). They can damage extensions and natural lashes.
Schedule fills every 2–3 weeks.Regular maintenance keeps your lashes looking full and fresh.
If irritation or redness occurs, contact your lash artist immediately and avoid touching the area.
