Service Description
The Back Treatment is a results-driven, deep-cleansing back facial designed to target congestion, breakouts, excess oil, and rough texture while delivering a relaxing spa experience. This treatment combines a thorough double cleanse, steam with rotary brush exfoliation, tension-relieving back massage, a detoxifying bentonite clay mask, and extractions if needed, followed by a calming finishing moisturizer to leave the skin clear, smooth, and balanced. Ideal for clients struggling with back acne (backne), clogged pores, post-workout congestion, or rough, uneven skin texture. What This Treatment Includes ✔️ Targeted Double Cleanse A pre-cleanse followed by a deep secondary cleanse with a lemon peeling gel to remove oil, sweat, buildup, and surface impurities. ✔️ Steam & Rotary Brush Exfoliation Gentle steam softens the skin while a rotary brush deeply exfoliates dead cells, unclogs pores, and refines rough texture. ✔️ Relaxing Tension-Relief Back Massage Improves circulation, releases muscle tension, and promotes full-body relaxation while supporting skin health. ✔️ Bentonite Clay Purifying Mask Draws out impurities, absorbs excess oil, calms inflammation, and helps reduce breakouts for clearer skin. ✔️ Extractions (If Needed) Safely removes congestion and active blemishes to accelerate skin clearing. ✔️ Finishing Moisturizer Restores hydration, soothes irritation, and protects the skin barrier for a comfortable, balanced finish.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and help reserve your dedicated treatment time. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients. Full service fees will still apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to pay another $50 deposit to rebook. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when adequate notice is given. No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Health & Skin Conditions Please inform me of any skin sensitivities, medical conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or medications (including Accutane, retinoids, or antibiotics) prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and effective treatment. Guests & Children To maintain a calm, relaxing environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment space unless prior arrangements have been made. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional skincare services, refunds are not offered. Your satisfaction is important, and any concerns will be addressed with appropriate adjustments or recommendations.
