• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session, or in some cases, the appointment may be rescheduled.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge the full service fee.

• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose relevant information.

• We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

• All services must be paid for at the time of the appointment.

• We accept all major credit cards, venmo and cash.

• Prices for services may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Promotions or discounts are subject to availability and may not be combined with other offers.

7. Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left in the studio.

• We may take photos or videos of the services provided for promotional purposes. By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of these images unless otherwise stated.
