Service Description
Designed for congested and breakout-prone skin, this clarifying facial deeply purifies and resets the complexion. The experience begins with a double cleanse to remove buildup and prepare the skin for targeted care. Steam combined with desincrustation using galvanic technology helps soften and emulsify sebum within pores, allowing for more effective extractions with minimal irritation. An ALA (5-aminolevulinic acid) mask follows, allowing a powerful photosensitizing formula to penetrate deep into the pores and oil glands. This step helps regulate oil production and prepare the skin for blue LED light therapy, which activates the 5-aminolevulinic acid to destroy acne-causing bacteria, calm inflammation, and promote clearer, smoother skin. A transparent hydrojelly mask enhances the penetration of therapeutic light for optimal results. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and help reserve your dedicated treatment time. Arrival Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid disrupting the schedule of other clients. Full service fees will still apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to pay another $50 deposit to rebook. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when adequate notice is given. No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Health & Skin Conditions Please inform me of any skin sensitivities, medical conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, or medications (including Accutane, retinoids, or antibiotics) prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and effective treatment. Guests & Children To maintain a calm, relaxing environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment space unless prior arrangements have been made. Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional skincare services, refunds are not offered. Your satisfaction is important, and any concerns will be addressed with appropriate adjustments or recommendations.
