WHY YOUR FEEDBACK MATTERS
I work alone, so there is no manager or front desk collecting comments for me. What you tell me is how I learn what went well and what I could do better, whether you came in for a facial or had me for your whole wedding morning.
Sharing is always optional. Booking with me does not come with any expectation of a review, and I will never ask you to change what you wrote.
What is useful to mention
Tell me which service you had and roughly when. Then tell me how it felt: whether the appointment or the morning was calm, whether you felt listened to and whether the schedule worked for you and your group.
Most helpful of all is how the work held up. How did the makeup wear through the ceremony, photos and reception? How did your lashes look after a week or two? How did your skin feel in the days after a facial? Small details like these help me and help the next person deciding whether to book.
Leaving a Google review instead
If you would rather write something public, you can leave a Google review using the button on this page. It opens my Google profile, where you can choose a star rating and write as much or as little as you like. You can do one, both or neither.
How I use what you share
I read every message myself. When something could have gone better, I use it to change how I plan, whether that is the timing of a wedding schedule, the aftercare notes I give or how I explain a service before it starts.

A NOTE CAN BE PRIVATE OR PUBLIC
If something about your appointment felt especially comfortable, tell me what it was. It might be the way I chose a lash shape with you, a moment during a facial when you felt able to relax, or how the makeup looked in a photo you love. I also want to know if a step felt confusing. Specifics help me understand what mattered to you rather than guess from a rating alone.
The form here lets you share directly with me. You choose whether I may show your words on the website. If you prefer Google, use the review button below and write in your own words there. You do not need to write a long review, and you do not need to leave one at all. I value an honest conversation just as much as a public note.
