HOW WEDDING MAKEUP WORKS, START TO FINISH
Booking wedding makeup takes six steps. You send your date, I confirm it in writing, and you come to my Lewiston studio for the bridal preview, which is included in the $300 bridal price. I set the morning schedule from your ready by time, then arrive on location with my own lighting and leave you a touch up kit.

What are the six steps to booking wedding makeup?
1. Send your date
Send the wedding date, the town you are getting ready in, how many people need makeup and the time you must be ready. I reply within one business day with availability, the price for your group and the travel figure for your town.
2. Hold the date
A 50 percent deposit holds your date. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Everything is confirmed in writing before your date is held. Once the date is confirmed it is yours and no one else is taken for it.
3. Book the bridal preview
The preview is included in the $300 bridal price. The bridal preview happens ahead of time at the studio in Lewiston. Bring clean skin, photos of looks you like and the lipstick you might want to carry.
4. Build the look together
During the preview you try the base, the eye and the lip, and change whatever is not right. I photograph it and write it down, so the wedding morning repeats a look you already approved instead of improvising.
5. Set the morning schedule
Working back from your ready by time, I allow about an hour for the bride and 30 to 45 minutes for each additional person, plus a buffer before photographs. I normally finish the bride last so the freshest work goes straight into pictures.
6. Wedding morning
I arrive with my own lighting, because getting ready rooms rarely have honest light. I do makeup in the agreed order, complete a final check before I leave, and hand over a small touch up kit with instructions for the reception.

Long drives like Bar Harbor, Rangeley or Jackson are covered by the same $100 per hour round trip travel fee. When an overnight makes sense, I handle the accommodations and it is settled case by case at booking.

What happens from inquiry to the wedding morning?
1. Your inquiry
Send your wedding date, the town where you are getting ready, how many people need makeup and the time you need to be ready. I reply within one business day.
2. Checking the date
I check my calendar and reply with availability, the price for your group and a travel figure for your town. If anything about the morning needs thought, like an early ceremony or a long drive, I mention it here.
3. Booking
When you are ready, I confirm the details with you in writing and the deposit holds the date. Until then, the date is not held.
4. The bridal preview
The preview happens at my studio inside Tucci & Co Salon in Lewiston and is part of the $300 bride price. Bring photos of looks you like, wear a top close to your neckline if you can, and come with clean skin. I try the look with you, adjust it and take notes so the wedding morning is simple.
5. Final headcount and timeline
Closer to the wedding, send me the final number of people, their names and the ready time. I build the schedule and send it back so everyone knows their time in the chair.
6. The morning itself
I arrive with time to set up, work through the schedule and finish the bride last. Before I go, I leave her a small touch up kit.
How is travel quoted?
Travel is $100 per hour of round trip drive time from Lewiston. I work it out from the address where you are getting ready and confirm it when you book.
What happens between the bridal preview and the wedding?
At the preview, tell me which details feel most like you, not only what looks good in a photo. You can look at the makeup near a window and take a picture in the kind of light you expect on the day. If you have a favorite lip color that you plan to carry, bring it so I can see with you how it works with the rest of the look. I write down the choices you and I agree on rather than asking you to remember a shade weeks later.
If your getting ready address, group size or photographer's plan changes afterward, send me the update. The makeup order depends on when each person needs to leave the room, so a change to a first look may change the starting order. Before the wedding morning, keep your skin routine familiar rather than testing several new products at once. On the day I bring the kit and lighting to you, then check the finished look before you go to photos.
